Shipping:

• We currently only deliver within the UAE, and all orders will be shipped using a third-party courier service.
• Delivery within the UAE is expected to be completed within 3-5 working days.
• We charge a flat delivery fee of AED 15 on all orders below AED 150. 
• To avoid any delays in delivery, please ensure that you provide us with your full address and contact information.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we do accept returns for the following reasons:

(a) the base product itself is materially flawed
(b) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations

If any of the above faults are present, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing a clear description of the issue and an image of the item to our customer support team at [email protected].

We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost in the event of a mistake on our end.

Refunds will be made back to the payment method used by the customer, and may take up to 3 working days to process.

Since we are a print-on-demand clothing store, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. To ensure that you receive the correct size, we recommend referring to our sizing chart before placing your order. If you have any doubts or questions about sizing, please feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Please note that items that have been washed or used cannot be exchanged or refunded.
