We operate solely as an online clothing provider and do not have a physical shop or store.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm GST.

We only accept online payments, and our secure payment gateway accepts all major credit and debit cards.

To cancel your order,cemail us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Absolutely! If you need to make changes to your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us through either calling us at +971 5 2877 1829 or emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide your Order ID and any specific requests for changes that you may have.

Our size chart can be found at either the top right corner or bottom of the page. Please refer to it when determining the appropriate size for your items.


Our designs and colors are made to last, provided that the item is properly cared for. To maintain the quality of your item, we recommend avoiding ironing over any prints and washing it with either cold or lukewarm water.

To track your order, please log in to your TshirtHero account and navigate to the ‘Track Your Order’ section. From there, you will be able to view the current status of your order.

Our standard processing time for shipping orders is approximately 3-4 working days. Please keep in mind that an additional day may be required for delivery by our courier partner.

Shipping fees of AED 15 will be applied to orders below AED 150.

You will receive your refund within approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
